    Thank your for this great piece. I’ve always felt bad about not being in the same ‘space’ as my partner after a long day’s work, so thanks for helping me understand that sometimes just because you’re in the same room doesn’t mean that you will automatically be in alignment with your partner.

      I really think that being “in alignment” has to be a conscious thing. I’m sure there are people who this comes naturally for, but for the rest of the world, we have to make a concerted effort to enter that loving space and be “on the same page”. This article helps because it gives you those suggestions for making this alignment happen with your partner.

    Your tip about taking the time to harmonize with your partner before trying to be intimate sexually is something that I think will definitely work for me. I have been in this kind of situation where both my partner and I work really long hours and it’s very hard for us to find time together when we’re both in that frame of mind to have sex.

      I completely agree with you. In this day and age, we are so busy with different things every day that our minds hardly find any time to rest and just stop thinking. It’s really important to stop and breathe sometimes in order to get in the right mood.
